I strive to use as little plastic as possible. All online purchases are carefully wrapped with recycled newsprint and recycled and upcycled cardboard sourced from local businesses.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please visit the refunds information here
For purchases within the island of Ireland I use An Post postal service which usually delivers within 3 working days .
If a package hasn’t arrived within 14 days please contact me directly for a resolution, I will be happy to help.
For International orders, please contact me before purchasing as there may be additional customs or charges depending on where the parcel is going. Postal/ courier charges can be expensive also, but I can give a quote from a few different postal suppliers.
Refunds/ Aisíocaíochtaí
If an item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken piece, along with a picture of the box it arrived in within 2 days of delivery and I will be happy to send you a replacement. All items broken or damaged during shipping/delivery will be replaced at no additional costs.
If the piece is a unique one/off piece and I am unable to replicate it then I will be happy to offer an alternative piece to the same value or a full refund.
